ONCE ....

I'm talking about the movie.. ONCE !!




That's right... featuring Glen Hansard and his art-rock band The FRAMES.



At first I thought it would be one of those LOW GRADE BORING MOVIES.
But the first song that HE sang at the beginning of the movie caught me.

Mind you, I didn't know who Glen Hansard was until I googled him up today!!

I was thinking.. MAN.. this guy can sing !!
And so I went on watching it.
GOSH... I was hooked on to the movie !!
The story line.
So simple yet so true.
The vocals, the music arrangement, their life.
Oh my GOD !! It's been a while since I watched such a show that left such an impact on me!

Let me quote Yahoo! desc of the show...
"A modern day musical set on the streets of Dublin. It tells the story of a busker and an immigrant during an eventful week as they write, rehearse and record songs that reveal their unique love story"

This part was so emotional.. when Marketa Iglova sang a song she wrote for her husband.
Even I shed a few tears *sniff* *sniff*
