How to wear the Surgical MASK correctly...

Just to share :)
Do remember to get yourself mask esp when going to crowded places ok?

Better be safe than sorry !!

If you are not wearing the surgical masks correctly, you can never get rid of the problems related to this. You must ensure that you are following the guidelines.

You should move the mask to the nose level and pull the straps over your head so that it rests over the crown of your head. You should then pull the button strap over your head. After this you should pull the bottom strap over your head so that it rests at the nape of your neck. dust mask

Adherence to therapy or compliance is one of the biggest challenges that users face. Whether it is nasal or full face masks, the need is to ensure that the user continues to use and benefit from the CPAP therapy. weed bags
