A summary.. asides from my UK trip... all has been kinda monotonous except Big G catching chicken pox after daddy caught shingles.

Ok... now even this is high for me :(

Yep.. last night was having dizzy spells.

The whole room was practically spinning on me.

It was not a good feeling I even cried.

My kids got worried and cried too seeing me cry. 

Sigh.

Finally when the spinning wasn't too bad, I managed to get up a bit and sit.

Before bed, I could feel it again.

When I lay on my left it spun even more.

And when I turn to the right, it wasn't too bad.

So I practically slept on my right the whole night.

Went to see doc this morning and she gave me some medicine for the dizziness.

Told me to take things easy.

Am trying to do that now.

Took a nap in the afternoon.

And now browsing a bit.

Time for me to take it easy.

Hope it won't be anything.

*cross fingers*

Not a very good week....

.. yeah it hasn't been at all.

Been having headaches pratically every day.

Then on Wed DH got diagnosed with shingles.

We confined him in the boys room and boys moved in with me.

Kinda worried as kids and I haven't had chicken pox yet.

Then today brought kids to see their doc.

Both coughing with chesty phlegm.

Little G even has wheezing.

Doc prescribed enhaler for him 2x a day.

Luckily Big G is not so bad.

Didn't manage to attend mass today as we didn't sleep much last night.

By the time we woke up it was too late and so we headed to see the doc instead.

I pray with their medication they will get better soon.

It hurts to see them suffer so much.

Get well soon my darlings !!!

Another bazaar

Last weekend helped my sis with her bazaar again.
It was tiring but fun.
My niece was there to help.
So was my best friend too :)
The 2 boys who opened up a stall behind ours as we found out were from Sabah.
And at the end of the day, we found out that they are related to our back door neighbour back home.
Talk about being in a small world.

Sis and niece went for the foot spa which was right infront of our stall.
Looking at them squeal was really fun.

Overall sales was pretty good.
Though it would have been good if it was better. Hehehe.

Will we be opening another stall again soon?
Perhaps in a month or two.
Will keep you all posted :)

It hurts...

... when someone close to you does things behind your back.

Sure.. they wanted my help. I helped as much as I could.

But I could only help so much.

The rest they had to decide and do themselves right?
I mean, I can't decide for them. 

I've given them the options... 

For God's sakes... its their lives.. not MINE !!!!

And now they do things all behind my back.

Not telling me.

Not informing me.

Picking up where I left off.

Not even giving me the decency of telling me about it.

Now its all done... I'll have to pick up whatever pieces that is left.

And clean up whatever mess they might have left.

All I get is an sms asking me to do so and so.

And not even a hint of what they did.

Should I be mad? Should I be angry?
Hell... I'm only human.

I have feelings too.

What should I do now?

I can't close my eyes.

I still need to help as they have left a huge baggage here which I am suppose to help take care.

Not because I have to.

But because I want to.

Because I LOVE that baggage.

Because I CARE.

Because I am worried about what will happen to IT.

Arrggghhh... if only things didn't have to turn out this way.

If only they didn't have to act so childishly.

We would be happily drinking, enjoying ourselves and not feel bitter like this !!!

ARRRGGGHHH ... damn it.. it HURTS !!

I am all ready ...

... I am done packing... or so I think I am.
Packed more tees as worried it would keep raining and pouring like the last time I was there.
Even brought an extra waterproof rain coat so I can keep my backpack covered and protect my camera... can't risk it getting wet.

Decided to wear my crocs as I anticipate a lot of walking, and pants as its easier to walk or run if needed. LOL!!!

I am sad I can't attend my good friend's wedding.
Couldn't get tix for the following day.
Luckily my kids are not in the bridal entourage.. so that's a relief.
Will be dropping by their place on Fri to see how things are.
It's gonna be fun. Seeing his bro/sis.. loads of catching up to do :)
Yes.. I have known him since I was in Primary 1... yes... that long ago !!

Am also gonna miss my hubby & kids.
Esp my hubby as I will be away during my wedding anniversary :( :(
But hubby understands... Thanked GOD.
And we will celebrate when I am back.

Anyway, am looking fwd to my trip. It's gonna be a fun one am sure.
Rather hectic coz we only have less than a week but better than my last visit :)
Will try to cover more places this time round. Squeeze as much as I can .. LOL!

Happy Long Weekend....

... got another casting call for Big G today.
Been getting quite a few but never got the time to go.
Since its Sat and we don't have much plan, I might drop by for the casting today.
Gotta get Big G in the mood.
Although he hasn't got the part yet but he has already been shortlisted.
So cross fingers they will like him :)

Yesterday we went to Digital Mall.
Finally decided not to think anymore and got my camera.

And super bz now toying around with it.
It's suh a good camera. Can't wait to take great pis with it.
Just need to learn how to tweak it a bit here and there.
Overall, even the AUTO mode already takes very very good quality :)

Cheerios... I'm off to play with my toy again !!

Rebonding vs Relaxing

Have you ever done rebonding?
Yes... most ladies would have heard for rebonding.
That is to straightened your hair.



Yeah... I did that once.
And my hair came out really really really straight !!
It looked so limp and too straight... I had to take some time to get used to it.
It took a couple of weeks before my hair looked nice :)

Recently, my hairdresser (new one as I just moved to this area) introduced to me the method called RELAXING. She says its something like rebonding only this is more to calm the friziness of your hair.

I thought about it for a while and decided to try it.

And I really like it.
My hair is not so limp or straight.
It has its own wave and its super soft and shiny too.



Yes... something like this.. the bottom is not so straight but curvy and flows beautifully.

For me, my verdict would be to do relaxing instead of rebonding next time :)

I totally love watching Geographic Channel now. The presentation and pictures are super crisp and so very REAL.

Hubby is also enjoying watching the football season.

Do you suffer from PMS?
I don't really get them, but lately I think I have started getting them since about 2-3 months ago !!

I just get so frustrated... lazy... angry .... and sometimes become a MONSTER MOMMY !!!

SPACE FOR RENT

I have been selling internet space for advertisements for quite a while now.

I have been getting manyrequests every month !!

And mostly are returning customers as they know just how good advertising is to their biz.

I have been getting requests for 3-months, 6-months instead of 1-month which is the default duration.

But recently, I got a request for 12-months !! 

Yes.. that's one whole year :)
 

I wasn't too sure if the person was serious but she did ask for a good rate.

I quoted her and she asked for a little bit more discount in which I gave in.

And today, she paid me in FULL !!

Am sooo happy... just thought I'd share that with all :)

Never doubt the power of advertising !!!!

My Credit Card got CLONED!!!

Was in the kitchen a while ago preparing what to cook for dinner when the phone call came.

It was an unknown number and I tot.. Oh no.. not another sales call?

But boy, was I wrong !!
It was a call from my credit card bank.

Verifying if I did a transaction for RM2K++ for an online purchase in UK.

I was like? Is this a prank call?
Is this one of those GOTCHA CALLS?

But the guy said it was not.

It was for real.

My credit card has been approved for a purchase of RM2K++ and he needed verification that it was my card. 

I quickly asked him for my credit card number to make sure he got it right.. and he was. 

The type of card and bank name was all correct too!

I was passed to the supervisor and they assured me they will cancel the card and send me a replacement at once.

All I can say is THANK YOU to the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HSBC Bank for calling me up and verifying with me.

Thank you so much !!!

Or else I would have been RM2K POORER :*(
